Delivery / Pickup Terms and Conditions

DELIVERY SERVICE
We deliver to all Adelaide Metro areas. Delivery price is based on location.

Payment must be made in full 72 hours prior to delivery date. Orders will only be made and delivered after payment has been received. Orders are subject to stock availability. Colours and items are subject to availability. If a colour or item is out of stock, it will be substituted with an alternative.

If you are not at the delivery address to receive your order at the time of delivery, it will be left at your nominated address. In the instance that you are not available to accept your order, you accept full liability for your purchased items being left.​

In the case of balloons being damaged in transit we will replace the damaged product. We will take no responsibility for your balloon order after it has been delivered. We will not refund, replace or exchange items that have been damaged due to lack of care or surrounding conditions after delivery (including items being left if no one is available at address to accept delivery).

PICK UP SERVICE
You can pick up your order from West Lakes SA by appointment only. You can arrange either by ordering online or by emailing enquiries@blushballoons.com.au. Once an appointment has been made collection details will be provided.

In the event where you fail to collect your balloons at the designated time a new appointment the next day will need to be made at a time that suits our staff.
If you come to collect the next day and find your balloons have gone down or are not in 100% condition, we are unable to remake. No refund will be given if no collection occurs.
